hi, back in the middle to late 70s in mpls there was a late night series of horror movies on friday i think. the movie im trying to remember has a scene where some lady is being held captive and some strange guy brings her some food on a dinner plate. when she picks up the plate its a dead rat. thats all i remember but it seemed like a strange movie so just trying to remember.

The wonderful film that is in question is Larry Buchanan's classic...."It's Alive". Not to be confused with Larry Cohen's "It's Alive", about the murderous baby. Ah yes Buchanan (did I spell his name right....who cares?) Unfortunately I do believe it is available on DVD. - Mike Adams
