Show #21 is up for comments!
To this day I refuse to watch meteor showers and I even stayed indoors during the eclipse (about 8 years ago) which was visible around midday. Now I like astronomy and the stars and that sort of stuff but it was Day of the Triffids (the movie) that disturbed me so greatly as a kid, it wasn't scary it was just the little itch at the back of the brain that says "this is quite possible"Smile
Night of the Comet didn't have that effect though, mind you I was more interested in the possibilities that the likes of Catherine Mary Stewart offered, it really is an age thing and perhaps those who say kids should not watch certain content are correct although kids these days are not going to be bothered by the same things we were 30 odd years ago.
I remember the BBC production vaguely but being a little older it didn't have the impact and well TV special effects were not exactly terror inspiring in those days.
