TCM is showing this again, 11pm Sunday night Pacific, midnight mountain, 1am Monday morning CT, and 2am Monday on the East coast. It's a wonderfully restored print that they've shown before, although I think it's still only available on a UK DVD from Artsmagic. It's Bava-influenced, and would be a good one to save on the DVR for Halloween, especially if you don't do multiregion. YouTube yanked the trailer, but here's TCM's capsule review:

WOW! Thanks so much I watch TCM all the time and that one would have got away from me. I have never heard of it or seen it but the DVR will be set to record this. I love Lost, Tarantino, Bava and Planet of the Vampires is one of my favorites. This sounds great and would make a good podcast.
Well we are going to see Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. We have seen in when it came out and loved it. Now the classic returns in 3-D so it should be fantastic. We love Tim Burton. Do you watch the TV show Pushing Daises it reminds me of Burton.
Well got to go. Thanks again for the post I wish more people would get involved in the fourms.

I really enjoyed the addition of 3D to "Nightmare". I've watched some pretty questionable movies just for the 3D, (Comin' At Ya', Treasure of the 4 Crowns) so it was great to see 3D added to an already great movie.
I saw the pilot episode of Pushing Daisies and was also impressed by the cinematography. When I looked it up, it turned out to have been directed by Barry Sonnenfeld. No wonder the guy who used to work with the Coens would bring something different to TV.
I saw Sonnenfeld on Letterman one time talking about how he liked to direct his movies while seated on a saddle! I loved Swoosie Kurtz in it, too. She's always hilarious. Anyway, enjoy "Nightmare" and "Goke" and keep up the great work!
