Ben Chapman who portrayed at least on land the Creature from the Black Lagoon died a few days ago on the 21st of a heart condition. Perhaps one of the best monsters and certainly a classic movie the actor never made the mainstream but like all the people whose face we never see on film his roll is remembered.
